I was impressed by the whole experience with The Deck King - starting with the initial quoting process by you where you gave us some terrific ideas.

The picture frame effect was your idea and although I was initially not a great supporter, I am happy to stand corrected. It certainly gives the whole area a distinctive look.

The way that your organisation handles the paperwork (permits etc) was impressive plus your ability to always keep us informed as to when the job would start was really appreciated. The team that did the job were focused and knew their stuff plus were a pleasure to have around our home. You were always contactable and kept a very close eye on the job making sure it was being done to your standards. Your whole organisation has a focus on the customer and doing the right job for them.

It is a pity more organisations do not have your attitude however that should be to your benefit.
